Community Rules
Our rules are simple and are guided by common sense. CrowdCover Rooms are moderated both for video and live chat.
These Community Rules apply to any and all User Contributions and use of Interactive Services as well as to the CrowdCover Community generally. We created CrowdCover to:
- Finally give legal qualifying persons out there the ability to experience a responsible and social environment to root their bets and wagers on from the palm of their hand.
- To truly ingratiate yourself into your different fandoms and communities that you’re so passionate about with a igaming foundation.
- Discover and explore other hobbies and interests and the reactions of everyone. We believe there’s nothing better than seeing people coming together and getting excited to root on their bets and wagers.
Our main goal is for everyone to have the best experience possible, and to do that- we all have to abide by these rules. Simply summarized as: treat others with the same respect you would want to be treated.
We get it, it sucks to lose your bet. Do not threaten the player(s) or team that caused the loss under any circumstance and CrowdCover will protect the leagues, teams, and players in these situations.
Below are our general rules, which we believe to be reasonable requests for you to abide by. We are asking you to PLEASE NOT VIOLATE these rules, because it would upset us to ban you from CrowdCover and take away the opportunity to be a part of these fun, social, and camaraderie filled environments.
There will absolutely be none of the following permitted on our Website or App:
- bullying
- harassment towards others
- abuse towards others
- physical or verbal threats
- discrimination for any individuals or groups of people.
- promoting terrorism or extremist views
- violence
- You cannot do anything illegal. If laws do not allow it, do not do it here.
- No threatening players, teams, individuals, or groups of people. This encompasses both verbal and physical.
- No streaming of games. Do not screen share or put the game on in the background of your stream. This is illegal and will force CrowdCover to not only ban you from our services, but alert the correct authorities.
Whether any of the above rules are directed at an individual, player, coach, or group of people is without regard; none of it is allowed. We don’t care how much of a “bad beat” you took or your dislike for another person’s team or opinion on a subject; you must follow these Community Rules.
You also may not create a live streaming room or group that promotes hate or violence toward any individuals or groups. For example, there are no” we hate [insert team/player we bet against or rival team or player rival live streaming rooms and groups]” statements allowed. Also, do not invade others personal space and there will be absolutely no searching for and publicizing private or identifying information about any of our users or players on the internet (also known as “doxing”) of any kind permitted on our Website or App.
User Contributions must, in their entirety, comply with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, User Contributions must not:

- Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
